Line of Events

A chemistry teacher diagnosed with inoperable lung cancer begins producing and selling methamphetamine to a former student to provide for his family’s future. Celebrate the fan-favorite Breaking Bad by revisiting some of its most memorable scenes. Originally, Jesse Pinkman was supposed to be written out of the series in episode 9. During the hiatus due to the writers’ strike, creator Vince Gilligan, impressed by Aaron Paul’s portrayal of Jesse and the fact that Paul was simply liked by everyone, decided to bring back the character and transfer Jesse’s fate to another character in the finale of the first season. In the opening credits, the letters in the names of the actors and crew are highlighted in green, denoting symbols of chemical elements.
